Larry was prompt and responsive from the beginning and gave us a good feeling that the job would be taken care of quickly and professional. From the start of construction, LARC’s team worked fast and diligent. All of the different trades seemed to know and get along with each other which created a clean and professional environment. I didn’t go a full day without speaking to Larry at least 3 times to make sure everything was going smoothly or to verify and confirm certain specs from the different trades. LARC completed the remodel along with a full day of touch ups in an expedited timeframe that far exceeded our expectations. It has been 10 weeks since completion and I have not had one issue at all.
